Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition.
- Once the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Exchange Policy
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the defective product.
- Upon verification of the manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- The Store will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to the customer.
Preion Eyewear
Please note the following conditions regarding preion glasses:
- If the frame size is unsuitable, the customer may exchange the frame for another size, subject to availability.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of manufacturing new lenses and any applicable shipping charges.
- Preion lenses cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, as they are custom-made and specifically manufactured according to the individual customer’s preion and order requirements.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer:
- The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
- If a refund is requested instead of reshipment, the original shipping costs and any return shipping expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
If you choose to return a product and request a refund:
- The returned product must first be received and inspected by the Store.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method or designated bank account.
- Refunds will be completed within a maximum period of 15 business days from the date the returned product is received and approved.
General Conditions
- Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
- The Store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
